Teenagers and laptops!

Hello all and I hope that your week is going well?  A busy one as usual here, a mix of appointments and work!  Thank you for all your lovely comments, and I'm still working my way round everyone's blogs. I have to admit that my mojo is struggling a bit at the moment - probably a combination of being busy and being poorly!  But I've tried to take a step back from things a bit and then hopefully once I'm feeling a bit better then I'll get back into my usual crafting mode.

Anyway, this is a card made for a colleague for her son's birthday - and as a typical teenage boy he loves his laptop so this Mo Manning image was perfect!

I've coloured the image with copics and promarkers, with a touch of pencil

The backing papers are from LOTV and K&Co with some added distress inks. I've used some twine and made a 'bottle cap' sentiment using a freebie from a magazine with the insert made with rub-ons on kraft card.  There's some faux stitching and some metal brads.

And the inside decorated to match!

Hope you like it!
Back soon,
Kim x

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:-
Eureka Stamps - anything goes
Craft Your Passion - metal (cap and brads)
C is for Challenge - boys/men
Bearly Mine challenge - string/twine/ribbon
