Trying some CAS..

Time seems to be flying by so fast at the moment. 1st March already? Happy St David's Day! It's definitely been on the chilly side but it's nice that the mornings and evenings are getting just that little bit lighter and I am soooo looking forward to the clocks changing at the end of this month!  I don't seem to have had much crafty time this last week or so, and things seem to be busy at home and work. But I'm still busy with my crocheting - and currently making another order for Knitted Knockers!  Please do have a look at their website here - and spread the word to all women you know! The link to their page is HERE.  And it's nice to use my crochet addiction to help other women.

Anyway, I did have chance to make a CAS birthday card - something that I find difficult to do lol!  I always feel the urge to add other bits and pieces - and it's something of a strain to stop myself getting giddy with embellishments!

I used a digi stamp from DigiStamp Boutique, coloured with copics and backing paper from K&Co.

I also have a pic of some recent crocheting - a couple of teachers at school (ones who teach my son!), have recently become parents, and I think it's nice to give a little handmade gift.  This is a little set of hat & socks that were for one of my son's French teachers on the arrival of his daughter Lucie!

I've used a lovely Stylecraft variegated yarn, with a hat pattern made up as I go along!

Two of my friends are becoming grandparents in the next few months so I'm busy with more baby gifts.....

I hope to find a little bit of free time to catch up with blogs and crafting over the next few days!
Back soon,
Kim x
