I think this is me....!

Hello all in Blogland and I hope that you've been enjoying a relaxing weekend?  Although I had a barbecue in mind for today it was cloudy and overcast - so it's been postponed until tomorrow (so please keep your fingers crossed for us that it is a bit brighter then!).  So instead I did some baking (a bit of necessity with teenagers in the house) so we've got cookies and a chocolate fudge cake - which my son and his friend sampled and said was pretty good! (well, they sorted of nodded and grunted in an appreciative way...). And thank you for all your kind comments - they mean so much! And I'm glad that the 'Puppy Love' prompted some memories - although it's probably better that you couldn't hear my singing along with the post!

Have you ever come across a stamp or an image and thought "That's me!"?  I think that's what happened when I saw this one at Bugaboo!

Oh so true!
Now I'd made myself a promise that I wasn't going to buy ANY crafting goodies this month (after adding up what I'd spent last month, swallowing a gulp, and checking over my shoulder that nobody else could see what the figure came to!). But I was lucky enough to win some digi stamps from Bugaboo in a recent challenge at TopTipTuesday - and just couldn't resist this one!  Oh how I can understand this sentiment!
I've coloured this with promarkers and copics, the backing paper is from K&Co and added Marianne die cut flower and swirl.
I think this should be a card destined for owners (past and present) of members of the teenaged species!
Back soon,
Kim x

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:-
Eclectic Ellapu - anything goes
OneStitch at a Time - anything goes
Pile it on - for a mother
Catch the bug - anything goes

  1. Haha love this card Kim! It's fantastic :) I obviously don't have teenagers of my own, but my own teen years aren't so far behind me, I bet my beloved mother could identify with this sentiment nicely ;) Love it :)
