Christmas in May!

No, I haven't gone completely mad (yet!) but, in an effort to try to be a bit more organised with my Christmas cards this year (lol!) I thought I ought to try and make a few throughout the year so that I haven't got a mad rush come November time.  With this in mind, I recently bought a few Christmassy stamps from LOTV - and they are so cute! Pity I can't use them all year round!

This stamp is called 'Christmas Candle' - isn't she adorable?

I've coloured her with promarkers and the sentiment stamp is also from LOTV. The main backing paper was from a little Dovecraft pack I bought cheaply ages ago, and the holly paper is from the wonderful 'Victorian Christmas' cd by Joanna Sheen. It was the first craft cd I bought - and probably the most used, if just for the lovely backing papers!  The mulberry paper Christmas tree was from my stash and I coloured some gems with my promarkers to blend in - and of course I had to add a bit of glitter. Well, it is a Christmas card!

I'm entering this in:

Back soon - and with something a bit more spring-like! Although if it doesn't warm up soon we'll still all be wrapped up like this little girlie!
