Time disappearing fast!

Well, what happened to August? I can't believe that it's all just sped by so fast, but we've had lots of dog walks, family visits- and a bit of crafting squeezed in! I went for a few days with my son to help my daughter & her boyfriend move house from Lewes near Brighton,  to their new home in Cambridge! It was a very busy few days (as you can imagine!) but lovely to see Lauren & Tom settled in their new home. And equally nice to have a bit of time with my son, as we don't get much "mother & son" time together these days! And there'll be even less soon! He got his A level results last week and has got into his first choice uni - he'll be off to Glasgow School of Art to study for a BA in Fine Art (photography)! Needless to say, we are very proud of him & incredibly excited for him- but it's my last 'chick' to fly the nest and I'm going to miss him so much!

Anyway, less of my family waffle! As we had a house-move, I just had to make a "new home" card using a super-cute image from LOTV.

I've coloured the image with copics and graphits and some pencil.
Papers and sentiment stamp are also from LOTV

Hope you like it!

Back soon,
Kim x

  3. You have been very busy!
This card is adorable. I love the image and I sure could have used these critters when we moved!

  4. Great card Kim. How lovely to have family time...I miss my youngest son although moving nearer home gave me more time with my eldest two kids and my grandchildren. Enjoy that time dear x

I love reading your comments - and thanks for taking the time to leave one!
