A Mystic's Dream

Hello all and a quick scheduled post from me today. I hope you've had a good week? It's been lovely for us as our daughter has been to stay with us this week - as she now lives in Sussex (a good 350 miles away or so!), we don't see one another quite as much as we'd like, so we make the most of the time that we do have together.  And it's been great to see how much fun she and her 'little' brother have together as well! Now they're both a bit older, they see the funny side of things together and have had quite a few laughs this week (mainly at mine or dad's expense!).

Anyway, as it's Friday it's time for a new challenge over at CraftyCatz.  There were some fabulous 'die cut' creations for last week's challenge - don't forget to pop over and see the winner and top 3. This week our sponsor is Aurora Wings and our challenge is from our lovely Christine and it's 'A Song Title to match the image'.

The song title I've chosen is 'The Mystic's Dream' by Loreena McKennitt.  Now (as my family can verify lol!) I listen to Loreena quite a lot, particularly when crafting! The music has Celtic roots (think 'Clannad' or 'Enya') and, for me, is so relaxing!  And for my card I've used an Aurora Wings digi stamp

I've coloured the image in 'cool' colours with Graphit pens and copics, with some added glamour dust and pearls.

The backing papers are from LOTV. I've added a Marianne die cut swirl and some punched flowers using a Tonic punch.  The sentiment tags are also from LOTV.
