Simply Gorgeous!

Good evening! Friday again - and a long weekend ahead too! We're not having a street party this year (we had one last year for the Royal Wedding!) but we thought we should mark the occasion of a Diamond Jubilee so we're just having a small Jubilee Afternoon Tea Party for family & a few friends - I'll get the bunting out!
Today's card is a cute LOTV image called 'New Hat'
Isn't she gorgeous!
I've coloured the image with promarkers 
As you can tell I've gone for a 'circles' theme lol! The backing paper is from First Edition, the stripy paper is from Nitwit and the flowery paper from K&Co.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the organza ribbons from Joanna Sheen.
The sentiment is from LOTV.
